Day of the State Security Service

The State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan was created on April 21, 1992 by the Decree of the President of Kazakhstan. It is the successor of a number of security agencies that existed during the Soviet period, but were reorganized in the first years of independence.
Celebration Traditions
